SEND
Our school’s Special Educational Needs Coordinator (SENCo) is Mrs Haida, who leads our SEND provision and ensures that pupils with additional needs are supported effectively. She is supported by Mrs Flynn, who works in school one day each week. We are committed to identifying and meeting the needs of all learners, and parents can find full details of our approach, including how we assess, plan and review support, in our SEND Policy and SEN Information Report.
To help families access wider guidance and services, we encourage you to explore the Lancashire SEND Local Offer, which provides comprehensive information about support available across the county, and the Lancashire SEND Directory, a searchable list of local SEND services. You may also find it helpful to follow the Lancashire Local Offer Facebook Page for updates and events, and to sign up for the FIND (Families Information Network Directory) Newsletter, a free quarterly SEND update for families who join the FIND database.
